Brave Voices Academy exists to change that.
We create a place right here in our community where young performers can play, experiment, make friends, take creative risks, and find their voice.
Our classes are designed for kids who already love the stage, but also for kids who aren't quite sure if the stage is for them yet.
You don't have to be the loudest kid in the room to belong onstage.

Exploring Creativity Through Play!
Improv is all about imagination, teamwork, and having fun. Kids play games, create scenes, and build stories together—with no scripts and no pressure.
A First Step Into the Spotlight!
An introduction to the language and joy of musical theater. Young performers learn choreography, music, stage terminology, ensemble work, and get their own moment to shine.
Take the next step.
Bring Scripts to Life!
A two-part acting intensive focused on scripted scene work and monologue performance. Students learn how to listen, react, memorize, and tell a story with intention.
Acting Through Song!
Singing is one thing. Telling a story while you sing is another. Students choose an audition-length song and learn to perform it with intention, emotion, and character.

RETURNING PERFORMERS ONLY
The Best of Brave Voices, Revisited!
A celebration for our veteran Brave Voices performers. Returning students revisit favorite games, scenes, songs, and moments while taking the lead and sharing their own ideas with friends.
We build a theater family.
Kids get permission to experiment, be silly, fail, try again, and discover what happens when they say “yes, and.”
Shy, outgoing, experienced, brand-new— there's a place for every young performer in the room.
Theater builds more than stage skills. Students practice listening, collaboration, creativity, and finding their voice.
ONE-ON-ONE
Focused coaching for young performers who want individual attention on the skills that matter most to them.
Work on monologues, auditions, songs, scene work, performance skills, or simply prepare for the next time you step onstage.
